Joseph Sinacori, PA-C, MBA is a seasoned Physician Assistant specializing in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. With a background in healthcare management, he has led a successful hospital-wide quality initiative project at NYU Winthrop Hospital. His leadership skills and dedication earned him recognition as the only Physician Assistant to spearhead one of the four showcased projects at the graduation ceremony.

Sinacori’s interests extend beyond medicine, as he enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time with his family, and collecting Italian wine. Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Bespoke Aesthetics, where he brings his expertise and passion for innovation to enhance operational efficiency and strategic growth. His multifaceted career reflects his commitment to exceptional patient care and advancing the healthcare industry.

Cass Hibbs – Patient Experience Coordinator

Cass Hibbs is our dedicated Patient Experience Coordinator with a passion for healthcare and helping others. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, where her academic journey ignited her commitment to improving patient care and making patients look and feel their best.

With a warm and compassionate demeanor, Cass excels in her role, ensuring that each patient receives the attention and support they need. Her professional journey is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives, guided by her education and hands-on experience.

Outside of work, Cass finds joy in spending time with her dogs. Whether it’s exploring the outdoors or simply relaxing at home. Her commitment to both her patients and her pets reflects her nurturing spirit and dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.

Lauren Tompkins, LME, CME

With over 7 years in the industry, Lauren brings a strong background in clinical education and regenerative therapies, making her a true expert in skin health, lasers, and rejuvenation.

Dr. Paul Goldberg, MD

Dr. Paul Goldberg, MD is a renowned and actively practicing plastic surgeon based in Miami, Florida. With decades of surgical experience and advanced aesthetic expertise, Dr. Goldberg operates a full-time plastic and reconstructive surgery practice dedicated to delivering high-quality results.

He completed his general surgery residency at both the University of Miami in Florida and Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, followed by a prestigious fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. His elite training across top-tier institutions laid the foundation for his precision, artistry, and surgical excellence.

In addition to his cosmetic surgery practice, Dr. Goldberg serves as the supervising physician for Bespoke Aesthetics. In accordance with Florida state law, while physician assistants (PAs) may own or co-own a medical practice, they must operate under the supervision of a licensed physician. Dr. Goldberg provides direct clinical oversight for all procedures, treatments, and prescribing—ensuring that every aspect of patient care remains within his surgical scope and complies fully with state regulatory requirements.
