Cristina Monaco, PA-C is the co-founder of Bespoke Aesthetics and one of West Palm Beach’s most trusted aesthetic medicine providers — with over 13 years of experience helping patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.
Cristina’s passion for aesthetic medicine began long before her medical career. Growing up on Long Island, New York, she was sixteen when she first witnessed the impact a simple treatment could have — watching her mother light up after her first Botox appointment. “I loved seeing a side of medicine that could offer that,” says Monaco. “It wasn’t about changing who someone was — it was about helping them feel more like themselves.”
That philosophy has been at the heart of everything Cristina has built since.
After completing her studies at Touro College in Bay Shore, NY and passing her boards through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 2013, Cristina began her medical career in both medical and aesthetic dermatology. She had the rare privilege of being personally mentored by some of the most respected names in cosmetic dermatology in both New York and Florida— developing the precision, artistry, and clinical depth that defines her work today.
Cristina holds direct training certifications from the industry’s most respected brands — Allergan, Galderma, Sciton, and Evolus — ensuring her patients receive treatments administered with the highest level of clinical expertise and product knowledge available.
In 2023 she founded Bespoke Aesthetics with her husband, Joseph, in West Palm Beach — a boutique aesthetic medicine practice built on a simple but powerful idea: that great results come from strategy, not trends. At Bespoke, every patient receives a personalized, long-term facial and skin strategy designed to enhance their natural features and evolve beautifully over time.
Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family — including her son, Joey — getting lost in a good book, and soaking up the Florida sunshine at the beach. She recently took up golf — and has quickly discovered why her husband is so passionate about the game. Most of all, she looks forward to their favorite escape: Italy — where a shared love of Brunello di Montalcino wine and the Tuscan way of life has made it a place that truly feels like home. She brings the same care, intention, and attention to detail to every patient that she would want for her own family.
