Frequently Asked
Skin laxity is one of the most common concerns we treat at Bespoke — and one of the most nuanced. As we age, the skin loses collagen, elastin, and structural support, leading to sagging, softening of the jawline, and loss of definition in the face, neck, and body. At Bespoke, we offer two of the most advanced skin tightening technologies available today: Sofwave and ATTIVA — each designed for a different patient, a different concern, and a different level of result.
Sofwave
Sofwave is a non-invasive ultrasound-based skin tightening treatment that delivers precise, controlled energy to the mid-dermis — stimulating new collagen and elastin production to lift and tighten the skin from within. It is completely non-invasive, requires no needles, no incisions, and no downtime, making it one of the most accessible skin tightening options available.
At Bespoke, Sofwave is used to treat skin laxity on the face, neck, and body — making it one of the most versatile tightening treatments we offer. It is an excellent option for patients who want meaningful lift and tightening without any recovery time. Sofwave treatments are performed by Cristina and our medical aestheticians.
ATTIVA
For patients who want more significant, immediate results, Attiva represents a meaningful step forward in skin tightening technology. ATTIVA is a minimally invasive treatment that uses targeted radiofrequency energy with Subdermal Induced Heat technology — delivering RF energy directly beneath the skin’s surface via a small probe to heat the tissue to precise, controlled temperatures.
This subdermal approach stimulates collagen and elastin production at a deeper level than surface treatments can reach — producing immediate lifting results alongside long-term skin tightening and subtle fat reduction. The result is firmer, more defined skin with a natural lift that builds beautifully over time.
ATTIVA is primarily used for the face and neck and is performed exclusively by Cristina at Bespoke.
Sofwave vs. ATTIVA — Which Is Right for You?
The right treatment depends on your concerns, your goals, and how much downtime you are willing to accept. Sofwave is ideal for patients who want consistent, progressive improvement with zero downtime. ATTIVA is best suited for patients who want more immediate, dramatic results and are comfortable with a minimally invasive procedure. During your consultation, Cristina will assess your skin laxity and recommend the most appropriate treatment — or combination — for your specific needs.
What to Expect
Both treatments are well tolerated with minimal downtime. Sofwave requires no recovery time whatsoever — patients return to normal activities immediately. Attiva involves a small probe inserted beneath the skin and may result in mild swelling or tenderness for a few days following treatment. Cristina will walk you through exactly what to expect at your consultation.
Results from both treatments develop progressively over three to six months as new collagen forms and the skin continues to tighten and lift.
